Abstract:
The term Soft Computing assigns to the reasoning of science, assumption and thinking that notices and is used in the present world development of grouping, memberships, and distribution of several quantities in study. As such, it is an extension of natural probing and capable of handling with complicated systems because it does not lack strict mathematical explanation and characteristics for the system ingredients. The main techniques in soft computing are evolutionary computing, artificial neural networks, and fuzzy logic and Bayesian statistics. The suggestable choice of soft computing is to develop the supportive nature of the techniques. By implementing togetherly they can produce solutions to problems that are more complicated or naturally noisy to tackle with typical mathematical procedures. The main application of soft computing are two. The First, it made solving nonlinear problems, in which mathematical models are not available, possible. Second, it introduced the human knowledge such as cognition, identification, understanding, edification, and others into the sectors of computing. This arises to give the probability of composing intelligent systems such as sovereigning self-tuning systems, and computerized designed systems. This paper demonstrates the main theme and its applications in various areas of soft computing techniques
