Abstract:
Big data is a data with huge size. This type of data is large and complex so that none of the traditional management tools (RDBMS etc.) are able to store it and manage It efficientl . There are so many reasons for adopting big data like volume ,data integration ,access ,structure ,generated rate etc. These all factors are high compared to traditional data. It provides the information about how the data is stored and organized . And what are the technologies used in big data for storage like Apache Hadoop , NoSQL ,hive etc. There are many data databases which are used in big data storage. It provide the information about big data challenges and existing technologies in big data are discussed in this paper.
