Abstract:
The study exposure the role of management information systems in the application of Role of Establishing balanced organizational control was conducted through a field study on Palestine Cellular Communications Company (Jawwal) in Gaza, in order to study the improvement of quality management, improve the organizational internally and externally environment, increase profitability and support the trend towards organizational change, and improve performance. The ability of the organization to anticipate risks sufficiently to improve the competitiveness of the organization. The study recommended focusing on the quality of management information systems through the application of balanced organizational control, taking into account the balance between cost, in order to improve its competitive position, improve the organizational climate and control of administrative procedures, focus on education and training, and focus scientific research on the applications of balanced regulatory control to achieve sustainable administrative development.
