Abstract:
Higher Education offers project management a variety of application domains oriented towards Knowledge Management. ICT devices constitute a potential tool to mediate Knowledge Management processes. The work proposes an agile framework based on SCRUM practices to manage the software maintenance process. The methodological proposal and its validation oriented to support the sub-management networks of a University Pedagogical Department are included.
