This article describes the botanical description, systematics, morphology, phenology, importance, chemical composition, application in scientific medicine and folk medicine of licorice "Glycyrrhiza glabra", as well as morphobiological indicators of natural plant species and hybrids, cultivation technology detailed information is given.
