Abstract:
Arterial hypertension is a risk factor for ischemic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, and stroke. More than 30% of cardiovascular diseases and deaths are associated with hypertension. In many cases, the following factors can raise blood pressure: - constant nervous tension and strong excitement; - Chronic diseases such as obesity, kidney disease, diabetes; - Consumption of large amounts of salt products. - long working hours and noise. -hypodynamics. -Harmful habits (overeating, alcohol consumption, smoking). Herbal medicines are highly effective and do not lag behind synthetic medicines. All medicinal plants have complex effects, ease of assimilation, side effects and side effects are undoubtedly their advantages. [2,3]
