Abstract:
Almos tall countries of the world, after gaining their independence, will never forget to create a system of high rewards of the state, along with the adoption of the flag, coat of arms and anthem, which are the symbols of the state. Awarding citizens with orders and medals of the country for high services to the motherland and the people is a necessary political event, which has become a tradition for centuries.
