In educational context, a common problem is the availability of physical spaces. The use of ICT in these institutions contributes to increasing their organizational intelligence. This paper presents a parametrizable computer system oriented to physical space's management, such as classrooms and computer labs. The model of the software development process used and its validation in a higher education context are described.
