Supply chain management(SCM) is the management of the flow of goods and services. All processes in SCM transform raw materials into final products. The digital supply chain management develop quickly on the use of "smart technologies", such as Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IOT), Big data and Block Chain Technologies (BCT). This paper discusses how to improve supply chain quality management by adopting smart technologies.
