Study Plan: The Level of Positive Thinking and Its Relation to Job Performance among the Teachers of the Basic Education Stage in UNRWA's Gaza Directorate

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the role of positive thinking in developing the professional capabilities of teachers in Relief Agency schools in the director of Gaza City where the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach that describes the phenomenon as it is accurately and for children to study the level of positive thinking the researcher made a measure of positive thinking and was distributed to A sample of (40) male and female teachers in schools responsible for relief to employ refugees in Gaza City. After the statistical treatment, the results indicated that there are related differences, statistically significant among teachers of the basic stage due to the gender variable in favor of females; the results indicated that there are no differences Statistical significance in the level of professional performance of teachers due to years of experience and educational qualification.
