Abstract:
Islam has adopted the inclusive theory with its complete pillars, it explained basic human necessities and the ownership of individual and his needs for collective living and his feeling with safety via taking his share in wealth, in this respect the Islamic Economy directed to the danger of economy crisis and its impact on human behavior and deeds. Islam showed up solutions which control social life on the basis of principles of the property that performs its role in Islamic Economy. The paper explores the concept of Islamic Economy and its role in achieving social security, also the paper aimed at introducing the economic structure in Islam, and to explain the role of property on economic activity. The study used inductive approach in order to explain the views of economic systems towards the concept of property and its role in forming the economic structure, thus to summarize economic principle in the light of the Islamic economy concept. The approached that property has a solid influential ground in the structure of Islamic Economy. The paper recommended with: being aware and satisfied with texts of jurisprudence legislations which regulate the role property and make it a part from lawful and political governmental settings.
