Abstract:
In order to form and adapt the innovative activities of enterprises on the cluster model and adapt to new conditions, it is necessary to develop the relationship of group members, taking into account the interests of participants, relying on modern corporate governance mechanisms within the cluster, improving internal and external regulations. It is necessary to develop mechanisms for local authorities to have the necessary beneficial impact on the innovative activities of enterprises participating in the cluster and to identify ways to implement them in the context of the region.
