Abstract:
Although there have been many wars and struggles in the history of the world, the tragedy of the 20th century and the Second World War have been unprecedented, with far-reaching consequences for mankind.After the invasion of Nazi Germany on the territory of the Soviet Union on June 30, 1941, the State Defense Committee was created which headed by I.V. Stalin. The State Defense Committee had state, military, and party power (1, p.224).
