Abstract:
The pandemic caused by Covid-19, along with its impact on the economic and social system of the countries of the world, also served as an impetus for the wound of the next digital world. In particular, in the near future, the pandemic is expected to radically change the work record of governments and organizations. The symptom of the disease suggests that those who feel it should be quarantined on their own and work remotely from the traditional system of performance, so that the cases of infection do not escalate. Corporate executives, managers and employees face challenges in implementing such an unexpected change. In this article, we will talk about the effectiveness of working from home in times of crisis, the role and importance of the virtual world today, and at the same time about the problems in the field, what problems and achievements the acceleration of the digital world will bring to humanity.
