Abstract:
Volunteering represents voluntaries - voluntary, volunteer, when the question is translated from Latin. A person engaged in socially useful activities, regardless of what state activity is being carried out, his labor is assessed endlessly and at the same time is paid in some states. For example, in the Republic of Kazakhstan it is planned to introduce a student quota from 2020 year or to give additional awards to students in the form of increasing the state scholarship by 30%. Republican subordinates of Ireland is a term used for any member of the militarized organizations of Irish republicans, among which there are mainly the Republican Army of Ireland (ira) and the National Liberation Army of Ireland (INOA).
