Abstract:
The article analyzes the possibility of obtaining artificial wollastonite from associated raw materials in the conditions of the Navoi mining and metallurgical production. The formation of wollastonite as a result of solid-phase transformations during heat treatment of a mixture of chalk rocks and quartz sands has been experimentally confirmed. A complex of technological operations for the production of synthetic wollastonite is proposed.
