Abstract:
: Tubal causes represent 40% of causes of infertility. The main tubal causes of infertility are diagnosed by hysterosalpingography: obstruction or phimosis of the peritoneal ostia, salpingitis of various origins. Proximal causes include spasm, proximal obstruction, junction polyps, nodular isthmic salpingitis, tuberculosis and endometriosis. Laparoscopy has a dual diagnostic and therapeutic interest. These elements are analyzed on the data of 20 patients followed for infertility in the obstetric gynecology department at the Hassan2 CHU in Fez; having undergone HSG followed by laparoscopy. The main objective of our work is to determine the correlation between HSG and laparoscopy in the exploration of tuboperitoneal infertility, and to clarify the role of laparoscopy in the management; describe the epidemiological and paraclinical aspects of patients operated on for tubal infertility in the IPG department, determine the frequency of false positive HSG; describe the surgical procedures performed during the operation and assess the patients' return to fertility. Primary infertility was predominant by 60%, hydrosalpinx is objectified in 7 cases, phimosis observed in 3 cases, endometriosis in 4 cases, adhesions in 75%. e procedures performed: adhesiolysis, fimbrioplasty, salpingectomy, cystectomy Laparoscopy made it possible to correct the false obstructions of the HSG, to detect pelvic adhesions and endometriosis, this will not make it a systematic indication except for directing signs.
