Abstract:
: Celosomy is a congenital malformation often syndromic. We report a case diagnosed antenatally in a 35 years old woman, third pare, by a first obstetrical ultrasound performed at 28 weeks of amenorrhea. After delivery, macroscopic examination revealed a male newborn, presenting all the diagnostic criteria of a large anterior celosomy, with the particularity, in our observation, of the coexistence of two types of fetal abdominal wall defects: omphalocele and subumbilical celosomy which, to our knowledge, has never been described before.
