We re port the case of a 35 years old woman operated for infiltratng ductal carcinoma by mastectomy and axillary lymph node curage associated with radio-chemotherapy, consulted for a progressive decrease of visual acuity in the right eye. Ophtalmologic examination and investigations concluded to the diagnosis of choroidal metastasis. In patients with breast cancer, the occurence of visuel disorders should suggest the possibility of choroidal metastases.
