The covid-19 pandemic reviews the weakness as well as the strength of the HR manager in an organization. Showing the competency of the HR manager to be able to think outside the box and creating measures of achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. This study also examines the dimensions of Covid-19 pandemic which are remote working and unemployment and layoff as well as the measures of Human Resource Management which are performance appraisal and recruitment.
