Social Compatibility And Its Relationship To The Communication Skills Of Young People "In Khartoum Local State, Jabal Uwlayyah"

Abstract:
The problem with this research revolves around social compatibility and its relationship with the communication skills of young people in the local state of Khartoum. This study deals with a category of particular importance in production, development and the future, namely, youth, which must be prepared to cope with the scientific and cognitive revolution in order to participate in the development of society and solve its problems. In order to raise and educate young people: This study may help specialists in the psychological and health fields to provide possible assistance and support to young people to integrate into society and communicate with them in a positive manner. This study was aimed at identifying the general nature of social compatibility and its relationship with the communication skills of young people in Khartoum, Jebel local This study used the analytical descriptive approach, in which the researcher designed a social compatibility measure and used the Hume consensus measure to measure compatibility in four areas: The family, social, health and emotional fields, in addition to measuring general compatibility from the total score of its five sub-measures, the researcher also designed a scale of communication skills and used the Amal al-Faqi scale (2013), which she prepared to measure communication skills in young people.The study also found that the general nature of communication skills among young people in Khartoum is high. The study also showed that the general nature of communication skills among young people in Khartoum is high. At the end of the study, the researcher recommended that young people develop communication skills to improve their integration with society and positive self-contact, and that social sector professionals intensify training for young people to increase their social compatibility.
