A Rare Tumor Distinct From Uterine Cancer: Carcinosarcoma, About Ten Cases And Review Of The Literature

Abstract:
Uterine carcinosarcomas or malignant mixed Müllerian tumors are rare and aggressive tumors with a poor prognosis, and represent less than 5% of all malignant tumors of the uterine body. They are more common in black patients. The aim of this study is to specify the epidemiological characteristics of our patients, to identify the diagnostic, clinical as well as radiological problem, and to discuss the therapeutic management of this type of rare tumors, through the ten cases collected in the service. of gynecology and obstetrics 1 of the CHU Hassan 2 in Fez.
