Abstract:
The article deals with the issues of determining a rational diet for pregnant women, i.e. vitamins that ensure uniform development of the fetus to the genus. The calculation of the daily requirement of pregnant women for the main nutrients: proteins, fats and carbohydrates has been made. Chronogram of the day. The norms of physiological requirements for energy and nutrients for women have been developed. The analysis of the dynamics of the development of the fetus, taking into account the saturation of nutrients and vitamins in food products. The main factors influencing the development of the fetus have been investigated; The main types of nutrients in products that provide a rational diet for pregnant women have been identified.
