Abstract:
: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease, primarily affecting young women of childbearing age. Pregnancy is a potential risk factor for the development of maternal and fetal complications in women with SLE. Pregnancy in a lupus patient was not recommended for a long time, but thanks to the progress made in the management of this disease and to a better knowledge of the fetal-maternal risks incurred, it has become possible. We report 2 cases of pregnancy in patients with known lupus with renal and extra-renal damage under treatment, followed in our department without any notion of relapse of the lupus pathology during pregnancy with delivery via the basal route in the 2 cases, at 32 AS in one of our patients who presented with renal and joint flare in the postpartum period. Through these 2 cases we will try to focus on this subject
