Abstract:
Heterotopic pregnancy (GH) is defined as the simultaneous presence of an intrauterine pregnancy (IUP) and an ectopic pregnancy (EP). These pregnancies are twin pregnancies in which one of the nests is in the uterine cavity and the other is ectopic, regardless of its location. It is a rare pathology, but its frequency is clearly increasing these last years because of the development of the techniques of medical assistance to procreation and the recrudescence of the high genital infections. We report the case of a GH, association of an ectopic pregnancy and a terminated pregnancy.
