Pajarillo Abstract: This article presents a collection of thoughts from the select junior high school principals of government schools in the Philippines who are friends and/or acquaintances of the author regarding their personal experiences in managing respective schools this COVID-19 pandemic. How do they cope up with the sudden changes in schooling brought by the global pandemic? Can they still handle the pressure and expectations of their stakeholders? This paper will attempt to give answers on the said queries.
