YANG LANRONG Abstract: Employee motivation at the Ministry of Transportation will be examined in this paper to determine how it affects organizational effectiveness. A literature review and hypotheses are part of the study's goals. With the help of an appropriate sample, the research was directed. Four hundred two respondents from the Ministry of Transportation and four accountable organizations participated in this research project. As well, there is a data analysis and discussion section. SPSS 26 was used to analyze the data. The results showed that employee motivation had a significant impact on the ministry of transportation and its four accountable organizations' organizational effectiveness as a whole. In addition, the study makes some important recommendations.
