Abstract:
This research examines the relationship between total quality management and organizational success. The business environment is dynamic so every organization needs to bring up their A game in order to have a competitive advantage in the business environment. Organizations need to implement total quality management in order to achieve organizational success as well as satisfying the customers so as to make more profit in the business arena. The study also discussed the dimensions of total quality management which are product improvement and process improvement as well as the measures of organizational success which include employee satisfaction and customer's satisfaction.
