Abstract:
This research examines the relationship between work climate and employee commitment in organization. The working climate needs to be taken as a priority by the management of the organization in order to have a high level of performance and productivity by the employees in the organization. The work climate of the organization can affect the productivity of the organization either negatively or positively in the organization. In the course of this research, the dimensions of the independent variable is discussed which are leadership and interpersonal relationship as well as the measures of the dependent variable which are affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment.
