Abstract:
: This study focuses on "knowledge, practices and implications of the RBM approach within NGDOs in the city of Beni". It attempts to assess the level of implementation of RBM-inspired interventions. Note that several factors compete to make this approach operational. The knowledge and practices in question depend on the training profile of the staff, the number of training sessions in project planning and management tools, experience in the humanitarian world and the requirements of partners. The results prove that the RBM remains less to less known by the staff and therefore less operational. Certainly it is a major approach and a capital requirement in terms of means and time.
