Abstract:
The internet, as one of the most important communication technologies, has greatly to the emergences of a new form contracts and trade, which is called electronic commerce. This type of contracts contributed to making the word a small village and single market in promoting goods and commodities with ease, bypassing all border barriers to save time and effort and expand the spatial markets with the possibility of creating new, more specialized markets, but despite this we find that it contains problems and negatives, the most prominent of which is the weakness of the security a aspect of it fiduciary. The study aimed to identify some of the problems of electronic contracting , and the test and on the extent of compliance with the law of the electronic transaction one of the most important result is that electronic commerce contracts are in continuous and accelerating development , which necessitates periodic follow -up among some of the problems of electronic contracts is the difficulty of verifying the identity of their dealers due to the absence of a direct relationship among customers which facilities fraud and deceit , as the customers can obtain commodity or service that does not conform to the to the specifications announced on the website many complexities and mysteries .
