Download PDF HAIDARA, Amadou and CISSE Boubacary Abstract: In this paper, we examine the signaling role of entrepreneur's contribution, debt, dividends, and guarantees in limiting information asymmetries of Malian SMEs using a survey conducted with 217 business leaders. The results of the binary logistic regression analysis by the method of descending selection of variables mainly validate the contribution of the entrepreneur in the financial project and the dividends through the results of the SME. These results suggest a limitation of the degree of informational opacity of SMEs with regard to banks in the presence of these financial signals.
