Abstract:
Introduction: Preeclampsia is a serious and frequent pathology during pregnancy. It remains formidable due to its complications involving the maternal and or fetal prognosis, the ophthalmological complications are very little described. We report the case of bilateral retinal detachment in a 19-year-old parturient pregnant at 26 weeks.
