Abstract: Human conjoined twins are a very rare complication of monozygotic and monoamniotic twin pregnancies in utero. We report the antenatal finding of conjoined twins thoracoping at 20SA. Based on literature data, the incidence of conjoined twins is 1/50,000 to 200,000 live births. The thoracoping form is the most common variant.
