El Talla Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of senior management support and the readiness of the organizational structure in Palestinian charitable institutions to adopt and apply cloud computing. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach in describing and analyzing the problem, and the study population consisted of (1245) employees working in charitable institutions. The results of this study showed that the general estimate of the Senior Management support axis was (68.13%), and the organizational structure axis reached (83.9%). The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to work to strengthen the principle of decentralization in the organizational structure of charitable institutions in Gaza Strip, as well as the need to develop remedial plans to eliminate the obstacles that hinder the use of cloud computing.
