| Assessing the impact of Covid 19 on tourism businesses in Vietnam

Abstract:
The Covid 19 pandemic has shaken many economies around the world. Tourism is one of the hardest-hit industries. Many tourism businesses have suffered heavy losses or even went bankrupt. This study will conduct a small survey on some tourism businesses to assess the impacts of the epidemic on tourism businesses. Based on the results of the assessment, the study will propose several scenarios for different impacts of Covid and according to the evolution of the disease and the response of the Government and the tourism industry. Finally, the article gives some suggestions for businesses to limit the impact of the pandemic and re-develop tourism shortly.
