Abstract:
Endometriosis is a very polymorphic pathology that is almost exclusive to women during genital activity. It is defined by the presence of endometrial tissue in a heterotopic situation outside the uterine cavity, the parietal localization is most often secondary to abdomino-pelvic surgery. In this work, we report the experience of the department of obstetrics and genecology CHU Mohammed VI in management of parietal endometriosis . This is a retrospective study of 3 cases; collected over 5 years (from January 2015 until December 2021); in whom we will analyze the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects before comparing them with the data in the literature
