Its diagnosis requires a well codified approach. It is a gynaecological emergency where the vital prognosis may be at stake. Its management is surgical. We report the case of a left ovarian pregnancy discovered at the Moroccan Level 2 Hospital in Bunia, Democratic Republic of Congo, during the peacekeeping mission.
