Abstract:
Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation ( CCAM) is a congenital anomaly of lung development, accounting for approximately 25% of congenital lung lesions. Prenatal diagnosis has profoundly changed their management. Previously, CCAM was only recognized when a complication occurred. We report 2 cases of CCAM diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in the gynecological-obstetrics department of the Mohammed VI Hospital of Oujda in order to emphasize the importance of imaging for the diagnosis of this malformation, as well as to program the delivery in a specialized center for an adapted pediatric care.
