Abstract:
Paget's disease of the breast is cancerous involvement of the nipple-areola complex, accounts for 1-5% of all breast cancers and is often associated with underlying in situ or invasive carcinoma, imaging based on ultrasound mammography and breast MRI is therefore to look for underlying cancer, The diagnosis of Paget's disease is confirmed by histological examination, and we report the case of a patient with Paget's disease of the nipple and we review the main clinicopathologic and therapeutic features of breast Paget's disease. The prognosis of Paget's disease of the nipple is governed by the presence of an associated palpable mass and the invasiveness of the underlying cancer
