We report an observation of thyroid and lymph node tuberculosis in a 56-year-old patient presenting a goiter with poly cervical lymphadenopathy. The diagnosis is confirmed by extemporaneous anatomopathological examination on cervical lymphadenopathy and the part of total thyroidectomy. Anti-tuberculosis treatment was initiated with a favorable clinical outcome.
