Abstract:
The present research based on the "deployment of a web application for the management of the movements of secondary school students" was carried out at the SERNIE branch in the Butembo city (DRC). During this study, it was a question of analyzing the manual system for managing student movements, which allowed us to observe various difficulties associated with this practice such as increased slowness in daily management, fraud and excessive errors in decision making. In addition, it has also been observed that students could migrate from one establishment to another and even pass from a higher class without having satisfied in a school of origin. Thus, this research proposes as a palliative solution, the design of a web management application for the Sernie/Butembo branch in order to facilitate control and avoid fraudulent movements and the comings and goings of agents from their office to the schools. To achieve this, we used the UML language to break down our system, the PHP language for web programming and the MYSQL database management system. Recall that the main objective of this research is to automate the movement of secondary school students to the SERNIE/Butembo branch in order to facilitate the control and management of SERNIE/Butembo services in making daily decisions.
