: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors constitute a very heterogeneous subgroup of digestive neuroendocrine tumors. Having clinical, radiological, histological and therapeutic specificities. This pathological entity has known its last years the diagnostic and therapeutic progress. We report the case of a patient with a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with a review of the literature.
