It used the 42-item version of Ryff's psychological well-being and purposively selected 56 digital native teachers in District IV-C, Schools Office of Division of Olongapo City for the SY 2020-2021. Most of the respondents' family's socioeconomic status falls under ?19,040 - ?38,080 and majority of the respondents are female. The result reveal that the psychological well-being of the respondents falls in the average level of well-being of the 42-item psychological well-being test. The results of the inferential analysis on the correlation between the respondents' psychological well-being and their demographic profile were significantly correlated. It revealed that psychological well-being is an important aspect in the teaching profession particularly for digital native teachers. This denotes the need for a well-being program that will help the digital native teachers develop more in their psychological well-being and cope up with their daily lives.
