Abstract:
The research tackles administrative skills on the strategic performance of business organizations, a case study of the Kenana Sugar Company. The problem of the study focused on identifying the decline that occurred in sugar productivity in recent times as a result of many economic and political changes in the world and Sudan, which contributes to the decline of many companies in achieving their goals, including Kenana Sugar Company. This is by answering the following main question: What is the relationship between management skills and strategic performance in Kenana Sugar Company Ltd., and the extent to which strategic performance can be applied and practiced in Sudanese institutions. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical methodology and the case study, where data were obtained from various sources through the questionnaire. Among the most important results: The predictive skills of management contribute to drawing future strategic expectations for business organizations. Higher management's predictive skills help formulate strategic goals. The process of drawing future strategic expectations contributes to increasing the competitiveness of business organizations. Among the most important recommendations: The company should improve the management of practices related to the application of the strategic performance methodology and its directions to achieve higher levels of strategic performance than they are now, that is, to achieve very high levels. Kenana Sugar Company should increase the awareness of managers to the internal and external environmental factors that must be analyzed before embarking on strategic planning. Kenana Sugar Company should work to spread the culture of strategic performance among employees in order to overcome the obstacles that hinder the implementation of strategic performance.
