Abstract:
This study examined the contemporary issues in human resource management complexity in management. In recent time, the changes of the business environment has affected the organization in which the HR manager have to be at the top of their game to savage any short coming as a result of the changing business environment. The study discuss about globalization and its role on human resource management where the problems, issues and trends in human resource management was also examined in the research. The challenges of human resource were also emphasized in the course of this study.
