Touibi; A. Chakir; T. Lamsaiah Abstract: BIERMER's disease is an autoimmune gastritis which classically manifests itself by hematological, digestive and neurological signs (1). Neurological involvement is very varied and can be isolated. Its diagnosis is based on a set of clinical and paraclinical arguments; We report the observation of a patient with cerebrospinal cord involvement with significant psychosocial repercussions in the context of Biermer's anemia.
