Abstract:
: Bilateral anterior dislocations of the shoulder are poorly described. Their mechanism varies from one case to another, shoulders in abduction and in retropulsion, elbows in extension and in supination have been described twice in the literature in the case of pure bilateral anterior dislocation. This same particular mechanism was found in our case of bilateral anterior dislocation fractures of the shoulder with osteosynthesis reduction and without long-term complications.
