Our therapeutic approach allowed us to obtain a good global score in both cases, taking into account the aesthetic aspect, the conservation of muscle strength, the adaptation to everyday life, the absence of mobility deficit and residual pain, with a short duration of work stoppage and a rapid resumption of professional activity. Whatever the surgical technique, the surgeon's role is to re-establish the most useful grasping modes and holds, while being reasonably conservative.
