Abstract: : Learning is a system consisting of objectives, materials, models and evaluations, where these things need to be considered by the teacher in choosing and determining what media, methods, strategies and approaches will be used, teachers are also required to be active and creative in packaging a learning process. so that students do not experience boredom and students get an enthusiastic and fun learning atmosphere, so that students can learn well and more effectively. in the learning model Problem base learning assisted by audio-visual media is a learning model used to gain new knowledge by utilizing real problems as a starting point for learning. The problem based learning model focuses on students where students are guided to play an active role in learning activities both individually and in groups. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-based learning models assisted by audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students on theme 2 clean air for health, sub-theme 1 how the body processes clean air at SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso. This type of research is quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The design of this study used a pre-test post-test design. Data analysis used independent sample T-test (t-test). The subjects in this study were class VA 24 students and VB 24 students at SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso. The results showed that there was a significant effect on the application of learning. The Effect of Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Audio Visual Media on the Learning Outcomes of Class V Students at SDN Badean 1 Bondowoso as evidenced by the results of t-count > t-table with a significant level of 0.05, namely (0.761 > 0.05). ).
